Shipping Policy

US Customers:

VAPEPENstore™ offers free shipping on all orders bound for delivery in the US & Puerto Rico.

With the exception of PROMOTIONS, all items we ship are currently sent via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) or USPS Standard Post (2-8 Business Days) depending on the order’s shipment weight and size.

Although we don’t ship on Sundays, or on Federal holidays as the USPS is closed, we press hard to ship all placed orders by the next business day.

All customers are notified through email with a tracking number as soon as ordered items are on their way.

On a case by case basis, PROMOTIONS will be shipped via DHL or FEDEX in order to expedite the shipping service to our customers as much as possible considering some PROMOTED items may be primarily available through  backorder only.  Although Next Day or 2nd Day options won’t be available for PROMOS customers may expect to be notified through email with a tracking number as soon as ordered items are on their way.  Follow this link for more details on our available PROMOTIONS.

We are not responsible for any damages inflicted on an order due to shipment management practices outside our control.  If your order was damaged in transit, you must contact and address your issue with the parcel service provider. If you wish to add insurance to your order before it is shipped, please contact us with the concern before we ship out your purchase.  Insurance coverage costs will fall out of our free shipping policy scope; so additional charges will apply.

International:

VAPEPENstore™ ships worldwide*.  So if you have your cryptocurrency ready note that international delivery times vary depending on location and local carrier used.  Also note that we are limited as to where we can ship on international orders.  Currently we are only shipping to Central & South America as well as Europe on a Fixed Flat Rate for First-Class Package International Service.  If the USPS doesn’t deliver to your location, we will be unable to satisfy your purchase.
