How to use Dark Knight HONOUR (3 in 1) Vaporizer

STEPS FOR DAILY USE
1 – Proceed to load your grinded Herbs until the vaporizing chamber is full. You do not need to compact your herbs into the chamber; they should be allowed to settle in. To extend the life of your vaporizer and to minimize particulates you should always place a micro filter (included) between your herbs and the bottom of the ceramic cup.
Note: You can load wax or liquid into the vaporizing chamber using the glass vial included with the unit.
2 – Close down the vaporizer with its Glass Dome piece.
3 – Press the ACTIVATION button FIVE times until the Display reads LCD ON. At this time the LCD will show battery status, vaporizer status, current temperature, set temperature and vaporizing time along with a visual thermometer.
4 – Use the ” + or – ” buttons to enter the vaporizing temperature desired.
5 – Leave the ” – ” button pressed 3 seconds to customize the vaporizing time for the unit to remain ON at the specified temperature.
Note: Once the vaporizer reaches the vaporizing temperature desired it will remain at set temperature for the vaporizing time entered. You can always stop your vaporizing time by pressing the ACTIVATION button in the middle of the heating process.
6 – Press the ACTIVATION button again to initiate the vaporizer’s automatic heating process.
Note: Once the vaporizer begins its heating process the vaporizer status indicator shown in the display will change to an HOUR-GLASS indicating that the process is underway.
Note: This vaporizer iluminates during operation!! Once activated the vaporizer will light up RED until it reaches a temperature of 392 F, it will glow GREEN between 392 F and 464 F, and it will reach its BLUE color once the vaporizing temperature exceeds 464 F. The vapor extracted from dry herbs will therefore be englufed in light providing a unique look and experience during use.
7 – Once the temperature reaches the vaporizing temperature desired it will remain at set temperature for the duration of the vaporizing time entered. At this point the vaporizer status indicator will change from an HOUR-GLASS to a PLAY icon.
Note: Depending on how warm the Vaporizer was from its prior use will determine how long it will take to reach the vaporization temperature desired.
8 – Proceed to inhale and enjoy your clean Dry Herb Vapor.
9 – Once the vaporizing time expires you may press the ACTIVATION button once again and the vaporizer will go back to initiating its vaporization procecss (STEP 6).
Note: The vaporizer will operate at the entered time and temperature settings as long as they aren’t altered.
10 – Once all the Dry Herb has been vaporized empty the vaporizing chamber from all the consumed herb.
Note: The BATTERY STATUS indicator will display when the battery is running low and in need of recharging.
Note: Be sure to press the ACTIVATION button FIVE times to turn the vaporizer OFF prior to maintenance or storage.
Advanced Programming:
This vaporizer provides the user with three internal memory settings. In order to program any of these settings the vaporizer must be turned ON:
1 – Press the ACTIVATION button and keep it pressed for 3 seconds.
2 – Once the display changes you’ll see the three internal memory settings that you may program.
3 – Press the ” + or – ” buttons to navigate and select the memory setting you wish to modify.
4 – Once selected press de ACTIVATION button 3 times to edit the selected settings.
5 – Adjust the temperature of the selected setting using the ” + or – ” buttons
6 – Press the ACTIVATION button once again to adjust the vaporizing time of the memory setting selected.
7 – Once you are through editing the memory states you wish press the ACTIVATION button 3 times once more to return the main menu.
Note: Due to the fact that this vaporizer can process dry herbs, liquids and wax the memory settings facilitate usage when changing between different media.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
1 – Be sure that the vaporizer is OFF. (The BEST TIME to clean your vaporizer is when the unit is still warm / hot. Exercise caution when dealing with warm / hot parts).
2 – Use a dry cotton towel tip to thoroughly remove excess grime / resin from your ceramic cup / bowl. Remove the ceramic cup by unscrewing it from the vaporizer head. (Be sure to use vape pliers / tools along with contact prevention materials / cloths as needed to avoid damaging or scratching your ceramic cup / bowl).
3 – Clean off any resin / grime (ideally while the unit is still warm) found in the bottom metal contacts of your ceramic cup / bowl. If these contacts are not thoroughly cleaned off resin deposits when dry may prevent proper contact between the cup and the vaporizer head preventing the unit to function properly or from the vaporizer recognizing that a cup has indeed been cleaned / replaced.
4 – Once all excess has been removed wet a cotton swab with alcohol and use it to remove any left-over resin in the vaporizing chamber, its contacts or within the ceramic cup / bowl itself and leave it clean. Do this with as many wet cotton swabs as needed so that all remaining pollutants are removed.
5 – Allow all components to dry at room temperature and wait until all alcohol evaporates.
6 – Once the components are dry reassemble your vaporizer so that it is again ready for use.
7 – Proceed to follow the STEPS FOR DAILY USE as needed
Note: Typically ROUTINE MAINTENANCE is required once every month or as desired per frequency of use.

We actually inspect every unit before we send them off to ensure customer satisfaction and quality.
Typically, the issues we deal with have to do with users not cleaning / maintaining their vaporizers properly.
Still, once they clean them everything is back to normal. Have you tried that?
On a final note… have you contacted the vendor who sold you your unit? Have you reached out to them?

First off thank you for posting legit instructions on this vape. SERIOUSLY annoying when I drop serious coin for this vape and it didn’t come with any instructions. I am however a bit tech savy so I figured out how to smoke out of it. ALTHOUGH it does not “hit” very well often. Like no vapor is coming through it, not getting a “hit”.
Is it clogged or something in the heating stem/duct thinger? I brush out the barrel ceramic thinger after like every vaped barrel. What do?
Although we can’t find you in our customer records… we are glad to help.
Our best advice would be to clean out every component of the vaporizer with Isopropyl Alcohol (like the one sold in pharmacies) so that any oils or resins are cleared away. Wait until it is dry and proceed to use as you normally would.
What media are you using the device with? Herbs, Wax or Oils?

I have a Dark Knight Honour. I didn’t use it for several months because the glass bulb beoke
I ordered a new glass bulb from tou. When I received it, I unscrewed the bowl and the element was covered in resin. I tried to clean ut and replaced it vut it wouldn’t work. The instructions did not explain how to clean it. Can I purchase a replacement element or di I have to purchase a new Dark Knight Honour?

Sorry for not getting back with you sooner. It sounds as if the ceramic bowl (atomizer) of your DarkKnight HONOUR needs replacement. You should be able to replace the atomizer and get by just fine. We have OEM parts for this unit should you wish to get a new one. At least, test changing the bowl before replacing the unit 🙂

Can u ad water to the dark nite hourour

The Dark Knight HONOUR vaporizer is not to be used with water.
It does condensate herb vapor in its interior which you can later extract. This condensed vapor, as long as your herb is pesticide free, may be consumed just as HERB OIL which is quite healthy and contains numerous healing properties.
The HONOUR is prime quality vaporizer that’s been around for quite some time; but, it still performs like luxury.

do you have recommendations for the best temps for dry herb and oil and wax to maximize yield and flavor? it is something of a guessing game it seems to get it right and i haven’t dialed in temps for oils and waxes. I’m pretty good on dry herb but the consistency of the oil or wax seems to play a part that I haven’t nailed down yet. I didn’t purchase this from the website, I purchased at a store

Indeed temperatures vary. Actually just as they vary somewhat from dry herb strain to dry herb strain such is the case between others types of media. If you are really meticulous on temperature settings… you should search for a vaporizer with finite temperature control with variances of 10 degrees Farenheit or smaller.
